"Amanda Marshall is top notch. Amanda Greenleaf (an employee) is HORRIBLE ...... Snotty, RUDE, unprofessional. Terrible customer service and communication. Told me after waiting days for a response on a simple question I was told "YOU ARE NOT OUR ONLY CUSTOMER, I AM A LICENSED AGENT...then hung up on me" LOL. I canceled my policy immediately and was promptly told it was their pleasure to cancel it and they would immediately report me to the BMV... Like I didn't have replacement insurance ..(which actually is saving me $50 a month thank you progressive!!!!!! 😀)... Amanda Marshall take note. This woman will destroy your business. Who talks to a customer like this????"
